Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Brenda Rannow is Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) serving Bothell, WA with a B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. Brenda focuses on helping through individualized treatment utilizing evidence and science based techniques. Brenda works with anyone 12+ years old utilizing client centric techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My role is to act as your guide and coach on your mental health journey. Through our sessions we will develop trust and empathy which provides you with a space to discuss issues and for me to help you identify what and how you want to change.

I believe that the cornerstone of being successful is having a relationship between you and your counselor that is rooted in trust and empathy. As we start our journey together my focus will be on learning about you and what changes you want to make on your wellness journey. I will seek to understand you, your unique situation, and how you want to change.
