Ioana Hall, DNP, PMHNP-BC, RN

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Hello, I’m Dr. Hall, a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice and psychiatric provider for children, teens, and adults at our Redmond Medical Center clinic.

I believe mental health care should be personal and honest. I look beyond symptoms to understand how your mind, body, biology, stress, and daily life connect, so we can identify what is driving the struggle and what may truly help. I believe in discipline, adaptability, and respecting the body and mind as living systems that are always changing, healing, and evolving. As Bruce Lee said, “Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water… Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

I have a special interest in treatment-resistant and chronic mental health conditions, as well as complex cases that may have been overlooked, misdiagnosed, or incompletely treated. I work to identify underlying contributors, clarify diagnosis, and develop a treatment plan that is medically grounded, and responsive to each person’s full clinical picture.

My goal is to provide a respectful, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to your care. I consider the interaction between behavior, brain function, and other body systems essential to developing individualized treatment plans that are thoughtful, medically grounded, and aligned with your unique needs.
