Zach Ham, SWAICL

Social Worker

I am a clinician at our Edmonds clinic who provides therapy services!

With a background rooted in service and family, I bring a grounded, practical perspective to the therapeutic space. As a veteran and a father, I understand the complexities of navigating high-stakes environments, the transition into civilian life, and the rewarding—yet often exhausting—demands of parenthood. My mission is to help clients cut through the noise and find actionable paths toward stability and fulfillment. I specialize in working with adults aged 20 to 50, focusing on the unique pressures of middle adulthood

I utilize SFBT for its future-oriented focus, DBT for emotional regulation, and CBT to reframe unhelpful thought patterns. I favor these evidence-based approaches because they provide concrete, “real-world” tools that empower you to take charge of your mental health immediately.

I know that reaching out takes immense courage. My deepest drive is to stand in the gap for those who feel utterly alone in their struggle. Whether you are a man or woman navigating deep-seated insecurities regarding your career and professional identity, or you are seeking the strength to finally face that trauma. I am here to work with you through it.
