Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Hello, I’m Vira, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) at our Bothell clinic. I have experience working with young children and their families, as well as providing individual therapy for adults, including women facing relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and emotional stress. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll discover your strengths, build new resources, and create meaningful, lasting change. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work through depression, relationship challenges, and develop healthier coping strategies using CBT. I support children, families, and adults by helping them build self-awareness, confidence, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
