Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion to better understand how they continue to impact your life today.
I have a particular interest in attachment styles and how our earliest relationships can influence the ways we connect with others. In our work together, we may explore recurring relationship patterns, communication, emotional needs, boundaries, self-worth, and the experiences that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.
