Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
I’m Rachel Robison, MS, LMHCA, with experience providing therapy and behavioral health support to children, adults, and families in almost every setting possible. I provide therapy services at our Bothell clinic.
My background includes work with individuals aged 7-90, navigating complex emotional, mental health, and behavioral concerns, as well as life transitions, relationships, family challenges, parenting, and many other circumstances less easily defined. I’ve worked extensively with adults and children on the autism spectrum (and other neurodivergent folks), as well as those with diagnoses like pathological demand avoidance, ADHD, BPD, depression, anxiety disorders, and more.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I utilize gentle curiosity over judgment, ensuring that you feel genuinely heard, respected, and centered in the process. Many of my clients have been LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent clients; two groups I love to work with.
If you’re nervous about starting therapy, you can be reassured that your comfort and wellbeing is my primary focus. I chose this career because if I had known as a younger person what I know now, it could have been life-changing! I hope to share what I’ve learned with you, and we will work as a team to address life’s complexities together.
