Nicole Frantz, SWAICL, MSW

Associate Social Worker

I offer therapy services at our Redmond Medical Center clinic.

You don’t need to have a crisis, a perfect explanation, or a clear goal to benefit from therapy. Sometimes all you need is a space to start where you are.
As a LSWA-IC strive to create that space, one where you can show up as you are and be respected as the expert in your own life. I work with all people navigating, well – life, in all its forms. This includes immediate life stressors from relationships, aging, work, school, and health to specific conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I have experience supporting adolescents, teens, and their families building strengths and optimizing functioning.

Our work together is rooted in evidence-based approaches. In practice, this looks like exploring what motivates you, noticing patterns in your thoughts, emotions, & actions, and building skills to navigate challenges. All to take manageable steps toward the life you want to create whether we are focusing on short-term concerns or longer-term goals.

I welcome ongoing feedback about what works, what doesn’t, and what you need so we can adjust together and make sure the process stays aligned with you. Therapy is your time and your space, it should feel genuinely useful in your life. If what I’ve shared resonates with what you’re looking for, I’d welcome the chance to connect and begin wherever you are.
