Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hi, I’m Meghan, a Mental Health Professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work who offers therapy services at our Tacoma, WA clinic. I work with children, teens, families, and adults, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. I have experience in intensive outpatient and behavioral health settings, supporting individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and autism. I collaborate with families, schools, and community providers to ensure consistent, well-rounded care while helping clients build practical skills, resilience, and confidence in facing life’s challenges.
I work with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. Using a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed approach, I focus on building emotional regulation, coping skills, resilience, and confidence while partnering with caregivers to support meaningful, lasting growth.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, whether it’s for you or your child, and those feelings are completely valid. I aim to create a warm, supportive space grounded in trust and authenticity, where we can work together at a comfortable pace while I offer guidance, encouragement, and practical tools that build on your strengths.
