Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate at our Federal Way clinic working with adults 18+ who are navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger, substance use, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with men, veterans, first responders, and clients who may feel unsure about therapy. I am LGBTQI+ affirming and welcome clients from all backgrounds. My approach is direct, practical, collaborative, trauma informed, and strengths based. You do not have to have everything figured out. We’ll work together to understand what is keeping you stuck and work toward meaningful, realistic change.
My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, men’s mental health, veterans, and first responders. I offer a direct, practical approach and use the methods that best fit your needs and goals. My goal is to provide therapy that is both supportive and effective by helping you better understand yourself, build skills, and make meaningful progress.
Outside of therapy, I train in combat sports and regularly challenge myself physically and mentally. Those experiences have shaped my discipline, resilience, and practical mindset.
