Social Worker

I’m Kayla M. Grover, a clinician with 6 years of experience supporting youth, adolescents, and young adults across diverse settings. I provide therapy services at our Bothell clinic.
I’ve worked as a skills coach, school support specialist, and WISe clinician, helping individuals ages 5–32. My work is person centered and strength based, adapting to each person’s needs and goals. I use CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Zones of Regulation to build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence.
You deserve a space where you feel understood and supported. I meet you where you are and help you navigate emotions, stress, family dynamics, or big transitions with steadiness and collaboration
I help youth, adolescents, and young adults build emotional awareness and coping skills, addressing emotional, academic, and family‑related stressors through tailored, development‑informed, collaborative care.
I want clients to know therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in clinical clarity. You’re welcome as you are, and I look forward to working together toward meaningful and lasting change.
