Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Hello there! My name is Jennifer Peebler, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) at our Renton location. Everyone deserves mental health care that is accessible, compassionate, and affirming. I work with clients ages 8 and up, with most experience spanning adults 25 to 60. I believe therapy works best when you set the pace, shape the goals, and lead how you explore and express yourself. Together, we’ll build a space where your boundaries and sense of safety come first. We can explore what gives your life meaning, what you value, and creative ways to express it.
In practice, I draw on narrative, psychodynamic, internal family systems, somatic, and mindfulness approaches, all grounded in trauma-informed care. I love helping you find forms of expression unique to you, while exploring core strengths and community. Living within systems of oppression makes this kind of exploration and connection an act of liberation.
