Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My name is Jason Park, and I am a licensed clinical social worker at our Renton clinic. I have been practicing for 8 years since graduating with my Master of Social Work, and have treated varying diagnosis and demographics. My passion in mental health treatment is largely in trauma-focused care, especially attachment based/childhood trauma. I work well with men, women, and non-binary individuals. Another passion of mine is the neuro-divergent population – specifically the ADHD population. My approach to therapy is this – care and compassion. I

use Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy[ADP] to heal emotional wounds and roller coasters.

Using AEDP and psychodynamic therapy, we will venture together into your childhood, and not only gain insight into how it informs your current challenges, but also to find what is hurting and heal that ache.

I am what I refer to myself as a “squishy” person. I care, love, empathize, and genuinely regard you as not only important and significant, but also worthy. With my skills and your resilience and motivation to change, i hope to partner with you in this journey of healing.
