Licensed Social Worker

Hi, I’m Freya! I offer therapy services at our Anderson Park clinic.
I’m a bilingual therapist (English and Mandarin) working with kids, teens, and adults age 6 and up. I use a warm, person-centered approach to create a space where you can feel genuinely heard, supported, and free to show up as yourself. I work with clients navigating a wide range of experiences — anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationships, cultural identity, and everyday stress. Whatever you’re bringing in, you don’t have to have it figured out before we start. We’ll go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, shaped around your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all formula. I draw from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and art therapy, blending tools and conversation to fit what you actually need. Together, we’ll work on building skills that help you move through stuck patterns and feel more grounded in your life.
Reaching out for therapy takes real courage, and I don’t take that lightly. Whether this is your first time or you’re returning after a break, you’re welcome here exactly as you are. Therapy doesn’t always have to be heavy; there’s room for curiosity and laughter too. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
