I have extensive experience in supporting individuals with difficult times such as grief, trauma, parent child issues, relationship conflicts, understanding and modifying unhealthy behaviors, as well as being a source of honest and caring reflections. Together we can work in a safe collaborative relationship that can help you attain the version of yourself you are seeking to find.
I seek to aid Individuals, Families, Young Adults, Active Duty and Veterans navigate the difficult seasons they may be experiencing.
