My name is Conor Geraghty and I offer therapy services at our Tacoma, WA clinic.

I work with adults between the ages of 18-65. I offer trauma informed care and approach unresolved trauma as the root of our life struggles. I work with a wide variety of clients, but my passion is EMDR, inner child work, and somatic-type resourcing to heal the nervous system.

Together, we will help process your trauma, understand how it creates stress in your life today, and foster self compassion, acceptance and empowerment to make choices that commitment to your values . We will make connections with your current struggles and how unresolved conflicts from your past impacts your nervous systems ability to regulate itself.

I believe that everyone has burdens from their past, and I value helping others connect with their wounds so they can respond to life’s stressors and live meaningful lives. Above all interventions, I believe the trust and rapport I build with clients is the most effective tool to successI look forward to starting the therapeutic journey with you!
