Clinical Mental Health Counselor

I’m Catherine (she/her), a mixed Indigenous therapist at our Federal Way clinic, with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Trauma Counseling Certificate from Antioch University. We might be a good fit if you feel the weight of your past showing up in your body, your relationships, or patterns you can’t quite understand, maybe a quiet hurt you can’t name, or exhaustion from holding everything together. I work with adults and couples of every stage of development.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, attachment and relational wounds, intergenerational and ancestral healing, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and identity and marginalization. We might explore IFS parts work, somatic awareness, DBT, CBT, ACT, and nervous system attunement while creating a relational, non-shaming space to understand yourself better.
Choosing therapy is a profoundly brave step, and I hold that courage with deep respect and I’m genuinely glad you’ve found your way here. I believe healing happens in a safe connection and in the tender, sometimes messy work of being truly seen and known. I look forward to working with you on your journey to healing!
