Licensed Social Worker Associate
Hi, I’m Cameron Peterson, a Licensed Social Worker Associate with a Master’s degree in Social Work and a clinical mental health focus. I provide therapy services at our Northgate clinic.
I have experience working with young adults and adults navigating various mental health concerns, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I work with all ages. My clinical experience includes individual, group therapy, family therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and connecting clients with resources and ongoing support.
My approach revolves around education and support. I believe therapy should be a space that best fits each client and is flexible enough to adapt to their needs, while also providing opportunities to grow and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. I use a variety of modalities, shaping each session to the client’s needs.
I want to work alongside you rather than tell you what you “should” do. Together, we can explore what is getting in your way, build on your strengths, and develop skills that help you move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
