Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Welcome! My name is Moriah Bentley, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer therapy services at our Federal Way clinic.

Although I specialize in working with children, youth and young adults, I also enjoy working with individuals and couples as well. I focus on using successful past experiences to help work through current life difficulties. The therapeutic space is a judgement free zone, where challenging thoughts and feelings can be shared and discussed without worry.

I utilize Solutions Focused Therapy most often in practice, but find myself customizing my therapeutic approach to what best serves my clients needs. Working under a collaborative stance, clients get an opportunity to take ownership of their process, while weighing in on what works for them. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives

From the beginning of our time together you will see me prioritize joining and connecting. Spending time introducing myself and creating space for my clients to share important details about themselves is something I value. One of the most important parts of therapy is creating a solid foundation where the client, couple or family feels supported.
