I am a clinician at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services!

I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who works with clients ages 5 and up, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, grief and loss, complex trauma, and major life transitions. Whether you’re a child needing help expressing your feelings, a teen navigating identity and emotional regulation, a young adult finding your place in the world, or someone in the midst of profound change, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

I believe therapy is a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and growth. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, develop self-awareness, and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we’ll identify your values, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build coping strategies so you can live in greater alignment with what truly matters to you.

Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches, I tailor our work to meet you where you are. I also integrate holistic, mindfulness-oriented tools to help you increase awareness, work with triggers, and foster self-compassion. With these approaches, we are working towards addressing your well-being at the mental, emotional, and physical levels. With children, my goal is to help them express their feelings, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping skills in a supportive and playful environment.

With a background as both a therapist and a school counselor, I bring experience supporting clients through life’s transitions; from adolescence into adulthood, from loss into healing, and from feeling stuck into moving forward. I value cultural sensitivity, clear communication, and collaborative work, believing that the therapeutic relationship itself is a key part of the healing process.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a naturally bubbly person who recharges by exploring new foods, enjoying the outdoors, coloring, reading, and working out. I earned my Master of Counseling degree from the University of Puget Sound, and I deeply value the close connections I share with my family and friends.
