Change is essential for growth, although it can be difficult to navigate alone. My approach is warm and collaborative, as is my office. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you in person or via Telehealth. My focus is to help you build your own empowerment, with use of strengths-based methods catered to your individual needs. The experience is often life altering, helping you to initiate change. I work interactively with adults (18+), men and women, families and couples, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My specialties include eclectic, empathic and integrative therapies such as, Cognitive Behavioral, DBT, Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative. My goal is to assist individuals in building strengths through developing new coping skills and the use of boundaries. Further specialties include trauma work, anxiety, depression, bipolar, grief, career stressors, life transitions, relationship and family difficulties.

I am an LMHC, certified in CBT and CETA, certified Hot Yoga instructor, plus an active ACA member experienced in IT, Financial, and Community Mental health environments.
