Associate Mental Health Counselor
I am a clinician at our Anderson Park clinic who provides therapy services!
Olga is a provider at our Anderson Park clinic; she provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. She was born and raised in Russia, graduated from university in Moscow, received a master’s degree in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and is now licensed in WA.
Olga provides services to adults (18+) and works with a variety of mental health concerns. Olga works with clients who are seeking a new path in life as they navigate crisis, grief, stress, anxiety, and depression. Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral therapy) and psychodynamic therapy, Olga works with clients to create awareness and insight as well as assisting in exploring their strengths, building skills as well as resources to support them in their journey.
Are you having difficulties with personal relationships? Whether they are familial, romantic, friendship, or parental (children)? Being a parent is hard and having support and a safe space to work through and with the feelings of parenthood is part of her work with clients. Olga will explore, navigate, and be curious about difficulties that may be present and help to build understanding and awareness as to how to reach a resolution or growth in relationships.
Olga works with immigrants who have recently arrived in the US or have been living here for a long period. She also offers sessions to Russian speaking clients to use their first language.
Whatever you come to Olga with, you will be met with acceptance and understanding. This is a safe space for Olga’s clients, providing empathy and curiosity in supporting your growth, healing, and exploration in their journey.
Outside the office, Olga enjoys traveling, hiking, fitness, having new experiences, meeting new people, and is always looking to grow and learn by always being curious.
