Hello, I am Maria, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with experience working with diverse and multicultural populations. I offer therapy services at our Bothell clinic.
I earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology in both Russia and the United States, including a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University. I work with adolescents and adults using evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique needs. I offer counseling services in both English and Russian and strive to provide a supportive, culturally responsive environment that fosters healing, personal growth, and resilience.
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
