I’m LaDra Grissom, a Licensed Associate Therapist supporting adolescents and adults at our Federal Way clinic. With experience in school and rehabilitative settings, I offer a warm, accepting space where you’re heard and valued. Drawing on developmental understanding and meaningful conversation, I use a person-centered approach to help you explore challenges, understand your emotions, and build confidence as you move toward growth.

I support clients facing anxiety, life changes, relationship stress, and low self-esteem. Using CBT, ACT, and DBT, I help you understand patterns, regulate emotions, and build effective coping skills. I’m especially passionate about guiding teens and adults through identity challenges and moments of overwhelm.
