Edie’s clients are looking for a safe emotional space with no expectation or judgement present. They are open to not only emotional validation but also gentle challenges to their perspectives and beliefs. They are ready to take on the challenge of uncovering new layers of emotional vulnerability and open to working together with Edie to find the strategies and skills that work best for them.
Edie is new to individual counseling but has significant experience offering group therapy activities and working with patients with eating disorders. Edie is neurodivergent and is passionate about working with others who are also neurodivergent, especially those receiving a diagnosis as an adult like she did. She is also passionate about working with teens.
I am passionate about spreading mental health awareness and education in our local communities. It is essential to offer access to mental healthcare to as many people as we possibly can and I intend to serve everyone I can to the best of my ability.
