Hello, neighbor. My name is Ariel Soule, and I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I provide services at our Bothell, WA clinic.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I draw on methods like CBT, IFS, and emotion-focused therapy to meet you where you are and walk with you at your own pace.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and facing struggles alone often makes them even harder. In our work together, we’ll create space to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I use various therapeutic tools to help you regulate difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and nurture growth in your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
