As a therapeutic provider with LightHeart, I offer 9 plus years experiencing working with individuals (16+) to address issues of depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.  I am working to gather hours toward​ independent licensure under the supervision of Virginia Agogliati, LMHC​. 

​I am passionate about assisting others in obtaining their goals through a collaborative treatment approach that utilizes an integration of behavioral, humanistic, cognitive, narrative and mindfulness-based approaches to guide clients towards their goals. Through active and empathetic listening, I assist individuals in identifying and understanding their story and the impact their experiences have today. Through this collaborative approach, individuals can heal past trauma and develop different experiences and skills that will help them succeed in their lives. 

NOTE: My office is a chemical free environment. Please do not wear perfume/colognes to sessions. I offer both telehealth and in person appts.
