Crystal Hall, MA is a fourth-year Clinical Psychology Doctoral student at Antioch University Seattle. Her approach acknowledges the importance of biology as well as the impact of individual and social influences on who we are today. She provides psychotherapy and assessment services to individuals under the supervision of Dr. Bonner Dobbs, a licensed clinical psychologist.

Crystal is committed to combining evidenced-based principles with each person’s individual goals and values to guide the direction of therapy. She aims to empower people through collaborative treatment planning which may utilize mindfulness techniques, EMDR, and psychoeducation.

While she works with individuals across a wide span of concerns, her specific interests include supporting individuals struggling with single-incident trauma, complex trauma, and neurodiversity. Above all, she emphasizes cultivating strong and genuine therapeutic relationships from which meaningful change can occur.
